Forever Younge at Heart LLC is more than just a companionship assistance company – we are a dedicated team committed to supporting individuals in our community who require assistance beyond the confines of their homes. From managing personal administrative tasks to accompanying clients to appointments, picking up medications, handling bill payments, and assisting with grocery and clothes shopping, hospice and hospital visits, and transportation arrangements through third-party services, we offer a comprehensive range of services.
Our innovative Connect 2 program not only provides referral contacts but also offers opportunities to partake in upcoming events and gatherings with individuals of all ages for entertainment. To access our services, a free assessment can be scheduled without the need for a home visit. Once approved, tasks requiring assistance can be scheduled, with payment required in advance. While we do not currently accept insurance, we strive to make our services accessible and affordable through private pay.
At Forever Younge at Heart LLC, we recognize the significance of maintaining social connections, especially for those whose families may be distant, those seeking regular check-ins for loved ones, individuals with estranged family members, or those simply seeking companionship. Our focus is on providing companionship, advocacy, and networking opportunities through our Connect 2 program, tailoring outside referral assistance to meet the unique needs of our clients. Research underscores the positive impact of a vibrant social life and community engagement on overall well-being.
We hold our geriatric community in high regard and are dedicated to giving back by crafting personalized care plans that address individual needs. While we are not medical providers, our team is CPR certified and stands out for offering cost-effective support outside the traditional home care setting. Our Story
At Forever Younge at Heart LLC, our journey is deeply rooted in personal experience and a profound sense of compassion. The inspiration behind our company stems from a pivotal moment in my life when my immediate family and I had the privilege of caring for my grandmother in her 70s, who was battling Alzheimer’s disease. Witnessing her desire for independence amidst her challenges was both poignant and enlightening.
Despite having a large extended family, coordinating the necessary support and companionship care for my grandmother proved to be a daunting task, compounded by the high costs associated with such services. As circumstances evolved, we eventually had to relocate, a transition we knew would be particularly challenging for my grandmother. However, with the unwavering care, love, and assistance from our congregation, we were able to navigate this change with grace and resilience.
Having been raised in a nurturing religious community that instilled values of respect and care for our elders, the importance of social connection and companionship became increasingly apparent. As the world undergoes rapid transformations, the need for meaningful relationships and supportive friendships becomes ever more vital.
Our personal journey, coupled with the values instilled in us by our community, forms the foundation of Forever Younge at Heart LLC. We understand firsthand the transformative power of socialization, positive interactions, and compassionate care in enhancing the well-being of our loved ones.
